The purpose of the Coeur d’Alene Police Honor Guard is to provide a formally trained unit of commissioned personnel to serve as representatives of the department and to perform ceremonial duties as prescribed by the Chief.

All requests for services of the Coeur d’Alene Police Honor Guard shall be referred to the Chief, Command Captain or Honor Guard Commander. The participation of the Honor Guard may include memorial and commemorative services as well as other formal functions.
